Island County WNV Youth Project

Judy Feldman is Program Coordinator for the Island County/WSU 4-H Youth Development Program.  She is former Program Coordinator for the Island County Noxious Weed Control Board and former Outreach Coordinator for the Island County/WSU Beach Watchers.  Judy holds a B.A. in Natural History from the University of Washington
